Acceptable Use Policy
Conditions for responsible and lawful use of services supplied or managed by Bridge Systems.
Lawful use
Services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity, or in a way that infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
Security
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, interfere with systems, defeat security controls or knowingly expose services to avoidable security risk.
Network and messaging abuse
Unsolicited bulk messaging, spoofing, denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests and other conduct that disrupts networks or third-party services are prohibited.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for authorised users, credentials, endpoint security, lawful content and compliance with relevant third-party terms.
Action and suspension
Bridge Systems may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect systems, customers or third parties.
